Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by the store you bought them from. Cancel in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are decided by Apple and Google. Request one through the store you bought from.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the code sent to your email.

How do I delete my account?
